Enthusiasm, the Law of Attraction and Abundace

Posted by mallton on March 31st, 2009

Law of Attraction and Abundance are activated by Enthusiasm.

Enthusiasm is truly a God-given quality. In fact, it means literally, “the state, filled with God.” The Greeks called one “enthused” who was possessed by the gods. In this situation, the whole being was intensified. All powers were stimulated to the highest degree. The soul was vitalized until it reflected the Divine. The ideal of enthusiasm was known to Israel, for all the great men of the Bible were God-intoxicated. Filled with the sense of the Divine Presence, they were inspired to speak the word of God. The Jewish prophets are examples of an intense enthusiasm. Stirred by the God-urge, they were intensified in their power to interpret the message of faith and character. They believed that God’s power filled their souls, and because He was with them, they were unafraid of everything. Jeremiah was called to his prophetic office as a youth. He hesitated to answer the summons until God spoke and generated him with enthusiasm to go forth. All the seers of the Bible were God-enthused men, who fairly glowed with the radiance of the divine inspiration. The prophetic call meant that they were lifted from thought of self to the contemplation of the Eternal Cosmic. Once the idea that God is all there is resonates with man, they became inflamed with the very fire of God.

In the account of the inauguration of Joshua, we are told that God used these words: “Be strong and of good courage; fear not for I, the Lord thy God, will be with thee whithersoever thou goest.” When God enters the soul, we too may be enthused. For faith is like dynamite. Touched by the fire of God, faith will destroy indifference, and sweep before it all obstacles. We cannot achieve without enthusiasm. Life becomes drab without this intense force. With enthusiasm, we know no hindrance. We are driven as if by an invisible force and cannot tarry at the wayside inns of frivolity. Success is largely the result of intense enthusiasm. The law of attraction and abundance can only be activated by those who exhibit enthusiasm. Enthuse over your work. Life will cease to be an arid desert. Discover on the mountains of God the eternal snows of faith that you can bring down into the Sahara of an empty life. Let the living waters of God rush through your being so that the desert will become like a garden. Enthusiasm may be likened to the waters that irrigate. Whatever these streams touch will take on new life. Likewise, enthusiasm will re-vivify the soul that has lost purpose and galvanize a life into new thought and action. This is the pouring out of the Spirit mentioned in the Prophets. God gives everything to those who are attuned to the Spiritual and Divine Harmony so that you can achieve strength, joy and success in your life. Activate the law of attraction and abundance in your life through your Accounting of the Soul Daily Practice.

How Being Cool Is MORE Than Just Being Liked

Today, it’s bad enough worrying about your job, income, and whether the world economy is going to self-implode.  You sure don’t want to worry about how COOL you are, how many friends you have, how you’re going to get the girl you like.

That’s why, if you’re looking to be the guy (or girl) who wins friends, succeeds at work, and attracts the opposite sex, you need to learn how to be cool. Not the coolest guy on the planet, mind you.  Just someone who commands respect, can influence people, and knows how to make friends.

Because, let’s face it, being cool isn’t just about a fancy car or knowing how to surf well.  Hardly!  It’s also about your career and your people skills.  Unless you study insects or rocks for a living, PEOPLE SKILLS matter.  Even if you’re not directly involved in sales, you’re always selling yourself: at job interviews, in talking to the opposite sex, and winning the political wars at work.  We’re always selling ourselves, and COOL PEOPLE SELL THE BEST.

Think about it: Who do you buy from?  Or wish to date?  Or enjoy hanging around the most?  It’s always the person who’s fun, who’s charismatic, who’s got people’s respect. You’ve heard people buy from people they like.  Well, you have to have a certain bit of “cool” in you to be likable.

And if you can appeal to a broad range of people, your selling is certainly going to reach new heights!

You’ll get the sales commission, you’ll get the friends, and guys, YOU’LL GET THE WOMEN.

Interested?  Now let’s find out how to be cool.

The Truth About Being Cool

Now, don’t get me wrong. Again, I am NOT saying you have to be the coolest guy on the planet.  Because, after all, not everyone CAN be the coolest guy.  Nor should you aim to be.  You just want to be the guy who:

1- earns respect

2 - makes friends

3 - and can inflience people.

If you know how to do these three things, believe me, you’ll sell yourself to the best customers, the best women, and the best employers out there.  The recession just won’t be a problem, because you’ll be able to sell yourself to the people who MATTER.  Because being cool is NOT about being popular with everyone.

It’s about having the respect and confidence of those who MATTER.

Here’s the great news: With the right attitude, some self respect (ie, not aiming to be friends with EVERYONE and knowing how to overcome rejection), and the right knowledge, ANYONE can become cool.  I’ve seen the guys who were nerds in high school go on to become well-liked executives and men who are popular with the ladies.  Everyone is capable of change; being cool is NOT something that comes only to those who are born with it.

How You Can Be Cool, Too

So if you’re interested in learning the secrets to making friends, influencing people, and becoming someone people ENJOY being around, take the next step and read more about it.  I recommend a guide written by a guy who’s very cool, but not in the traditional way.  He’s just someone EVERYONE likes to be around.

And yes, he’s good with the ladies and REAL.  More than just being a “cool” guy, he helps men and women alike feel GOOD about themselves.  And I think that, really, is what every cool guy or girl is about: lifting others up.  Because, hey, it’s a tough world out there, and you want to be someone who people look to for inspiration.

That someone to get you in the right direction is Scot McKay, and his guide is called “The Engineer’s Guide to Being Cooler Than the Salesguy.”

If being someone who people respect, are attracted to, and want to buy from sounds good to you, give it a shot.

It’s cool!

Why do you go to work?

Posted by mallton on March 30th, 2009

Why do you go to work? Is it for the enjoyment, to keep busy or another specific reason?

For years, I have been asking people why they go to work. Everywhere in the world I get the same answer. What do you think that answer is?

If you said money, you are right. However, the answer is wrong, even though it reflects the belief of the rest of the world!

The secret is no-one should ever accept their first answer or the first answer from anyone else. To the extent that you or they think they are being honest, they are not. You must apply the rule of 3+. The rule is to question the answer, question the answer again, and then question the answer further, until eventually; you will get to the real truth.

Give it a try. You go to work to make money. Make money to do what? Do you want a certain lifestyle? What type of a lifestyle? Do you want to fulfil your family’s needs? What are those needs? Do you want to have a home and a car and to take vacations? What kind of a home, car and vacation? We can go on and on.

The bottom line is that you go to work to fulfil your needs. However, you have probably met your basic needs, and you are really going to work to fulfil your dreams, as each of us has different dreams and desires.

Once you realize this, then work is nothing but a stepping stone to help you get where you want to go. The real problem is: do you know where you want to go?

What are your dreams? Do you know where you want to be, what you want to do or to have in three, five, ten or even twenty years?

Can you imagine what life would be like if we could not dream? What would the world look like? Where would we be today? It all starts with a dream.

Our dreams become our desires. It is that burning desire combined with the belief that you can do it that provides you with the motivation to make your dream a reality. When you release that passion inside of you to accomplish your dream, nothing will stand in your way.

Think back to a dream or a desire you once had. It could have been to graduate, to travel to an exotic destination, to acquire a particular item, to be a certain type of person or even to find a spouse, a home or a certain type of friend or acquaintance. Did you not live that dream?

But to live that dream, you had to pay a price. That price may have been going to work.

Please remember, work is nothing but a stepping stone to help you get where you want to go. First, decide where you want to go, what is that long term dream, and how can you use your job to help get you there?

When your job and your dream are connected, you get more excited about going to work. You are more motivated, and you will realize your dream.
